熱重分析法（TG、TGA）是在升溫、恒溫或降溫過程中，觀察樣品的質(zhì)量隨溫度或時(shí)間的變化，目的是研究材料的熱穩(wěn)定性和組份。廣泛應(yīng)用于塑料、橡膠、涂料、藥品、催化劑、無(wú)機(jī)材料、金屬材料與復(fù)合材料等各領(lǐng)域的研究開發(fā)、工藝優(yōu)化與質(zhì)量監(jiān)控。
測(cè)量與研究材料的如下特性:
熱穩(wěn)定性、分解過程、吸附與解吸、氧化與還原、成份的定量分析、添加劑與填充劑影響、水份與揮發(fā)物、反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)。
